COVID-19 Policy

Please be advised that due to the coronavirus epidemic, there have been major changes and upsets to how business operations around the world.  As a result our freight partners could experience transit delays.  This is a direct impact from the epidemic and unfortunately something that we cannot control.  Your patience is appreciated during this time.

Returns Policy

You may return unopened or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days of us receiving your parcel so we strongly suggest you track your return postage or courier.  This time period doesn’t includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper as mentioned.

Return your unused, undamaged item with copy of your purchase receipt to:

Ocean Health Foundation Returns, 18 Kumbada Court, Minyama, Queensland, Australia 4575.

All returns postage are payable by the customer.

Shipping

When you place an order, we add a flat fee of $10 shipping and use Australia Post standard mail.  Depending on your location, delivery times can take 1-7 working days within Australia and greater for international transit.

Please note that if you are buying bulk, we strongly suggest you email us at support@oceanhealth.org.au to negotiate freight and shipping options with us directly.
